Position Overview – Remote Customer Solutions Project Specialist The Remote Customer Solutions Project Specialist will serve as the linchpin between careerzynith’s Solutions Engagement Resources (SERs) and our valued customers. This role is responsible for orchestrating complex projects from inception through delivery, ensuring that every initiative meets defined scope, schedule, quality, and budget parameters. You will translate customer requirements into actionable project plans, drive cross‑functional collaboration, and deliver measurable outcomes that enhance careerzynith’s customer‑solution portfolio. Key Responsibilities Project Initiation & Planning Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in partnership with customers and internal stakeholders.
