[Remote] Content Strategist, Knowledge Architecture

Responsibilities

  • Help define and maintain the product content model, including content types, fields, relationships, and reuse patterns
  • Establish taxonomy and tagging frameworks to reputed company discoverability and targeted delivery
  • Design content structures that support retrieval-augmented reputed company (RAG), including chunking, metadata, and semantic relationships
  • Design reputed company information architecture systems across products, personas, and delivery channels
  • Define standards for reputed company, component-based content authoring and reuse
  • Partner with Product, UX, Engineering, Support, and Accessibility teams to reputed company content with product experiences and workflows
  • Translate product and business requirements into reputed company content and architecture solutions

Skills
