They are seeking a Business Systems Analyst III to support various HR functions within the company, focusing on Workday programs and collaborating with business partners to design and implement effective solutions. Responsibilities Partner with the Benefits, Talent, Compensation, and People Operations teams to understand business needs and solutions that align to overall business strategies and manage to a successful delivery Analyze business requirements, identify gaps, develop/create business requirements, document the user stories, and translate business requirements into effective and efficient functional design specifications and application configuration/technical solutions AI & Automation Innovation Lead the exploration and implementation of agentic AI solutions to enhance workflows, and robust automations to streamline decision-making, and elevate the employee experience Become an Internal Workday HCM expert with knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation; leverage business knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities for process improvements Provide ongoing production support to the business regarding application functionality and data integrity, including identification, troubleshooting and resolution of critical production issues, enhancements, and year end processes Test Solutions to ensure they meet the business requirements/specifications, and document existing and new processes Leverage Workday capabilities (Report Writer, prompts/filters, calculated fields, matrix/advanced reports, scheduling, security) to deliver scalable outputs Partner with and assist integrations team in configuration and testing between Workday and other 3rd party/custom solutions alongside business teams and vendors Educate and guide users on effective and efficient approaches to implementing new features and provide technical guidance for testing/adoption of new features and functionality Drive the planning, prioritization, design, development and deployment of new projects & system enhancements using Box project methodology and industry best practices Skills 5+ years of industry experience implementing & supporting various HR applications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent years of industry experience 3+ years of design/configuration experience with Workday HCM, Advanced Reporting, Benefits, Compensation, and/or Performance modules Experience with Workday Integrations related to applications such as Equity, HR & external vendor applications Deep understanding of software testing with knowledge on building test plans and executing them in unit, functional and user acceptance test cycles Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills Ability to work optimally in a team environment as well as independently Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely and ensure others are informed Ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize to ensure work is done in a timely and high quality manner Partial coverage of PST hours required, including occasional support for critical processes as needed Experience with multiple HCM, payroll and/or financial applications a plus Benefits This role is also eligible for equity and benefits.
