They are seeking an Account Executive to drive sales in the open SNFist market, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals with provider groups. Responsibilities Prospect and build pipeline in an open SNFist market with self-sourced outbound Sell to provider groups in PALTC (not the facilities) Run full-cycle software sales from discovery through close - you will truly own your territory Deliver product demos to provider group decision-makers Navigate multi-stakeholder evaluations with practice owners, CFOs, and Chief Medical Officers Close 5-7 deals per year at $200K-$250K ACV in 3-6 month cycles Skills Have sold EHR software and/or RCM services with consistent quota attainment You've sold directly to provider groups, not facilities History of consistently achieving quota and closing $200K+ ACV deals in 3-6 month sales cycles Navigated buyer personas at healthcare/provider organizations Comfortable in 100% new logo, hunter roles with self-sourced pipeline Low-ego, consultative approach credible with healthcare buyers PALTC background selling to providers (not facilities) Experience with physician groups or medical practices HubSpot or similar CRM platforms Benefits Commission plan that rewards achievers, with accelerators as well!
