Registered Property Manager

Your duties as Senior Property Manager will include but not limited to the following:

  • Oversee the overall Property Management functions of the company.
  • Lead the operations of the property management department, improve service delivery to the clients and eventually maximize profitability of the company.
  • Responsible for managing the Budget/Maintaining Records.
  • Project a professional image of the Company from time to time as requested.
  • Carry out any duties as directed by Managing Director from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Possess a minimum Bachelor’s degree in Property/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
  • At least 15 years of experience in property management, preferably at managerial level.
  • Registered Property Manager/ Registered Valuer with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers.
  • Extensive experience in managing different types of property projects.
  • Strong communication skills and leadership qualities.
