🙌 The Role

This is a full-time, fully remote position, open to candidates based in European time zones. 

Your mission as a Regional HR Generalist is to drive people-centered initiatives across multiple locations, ensuring a seamless team member experience from onboarding to ongoing development. You will partner with leadership to build a strong, inclusive culture while leading key global projects that enhance engagement, belonging, and growth.

During your day-to-day, you will cover the following areas:

  • Design and execute global people initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, recognition strategies, and wellness plans.

  • Partner with managers and team members, acting as a trusted advisor on performance management, team dynamics, and career growth.

  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure team members transition seamlessly.

  • Lead offboarding processes with professionalism and care, ensuring smooth transitions.

  • Utilize people analytics to inform workforce planning and create data-driven insights that drive organizational effectiveness.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across multiple locations, proactively mitigating risks.

  • Collaborate on hiring strategies and enhance the candidate-to-team member journey.

  • Build a positive, high-performing culture by fostering connections and inclusivity across all teams.

Your success will be measured by:

  • On time completion of agreed milestones for People projects

  • Team member engagement score 

  • Retention rate

  • Feedback from managers and team members on People support and programs.

  • Compliance and consistency in HR practices across regions.

  • The effectiveness of global people initiatives, such as engagement and retention programs.

This is a fully-remote role, and some travel might be required to support teams locally where needed.

You will work directly with Lilian, Head of People and Culture. Lilian brings over 15 years of experience in People and Culture, leading teams across multiple countries and company stages. Most recently, she has worked with startups and scale-ups, building People functions from scratch, setting scalable processes, and growing teams.

To be successful in this role, you’ll leverage your expertise as an HR Generalist or People Partner in high-growth, global startups. You will be valued for:

  • At least 5 years of proven track record in people operations or HRBP roles, ideally in startups, high-growth environments, and within the education industry.

  • Your deep empathy and interpersonal skills to connect with team members across levels and locations.
