Receptionist – Front Office Role

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet, welcome, and direct visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails promptly.
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Maintain accurate records of visitors, deliveries, and other front office activities.
  • Support internal teams with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate with security and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information about company services, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist with other office-related tasks as needed to support overall business efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a front office role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in front desk, reception, or administrative support roles is preferred.

Working Hours:

  • Standard office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
  • Flexibility for occasional extended hours during special events or peak periods may be required.
