JQ Modern is a new workspace offer in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter with beautifully designed spaces.

Our team is growing, and we are looking for a full time Receptionist & Community Assistant to join us

Whether it’s welcoming visitors at Reception or assisting clients in our lounges, you will provide everyone with a warm welcome and friendly smile.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:-

Reception duties

  • Professional and warm welcome to all visitors
  • Notifying our client companies when their visitors arrive
  • Managing the signing in process of visitors and contractors
  • Administration and co-ordination of parking spaces, meeting rooms
  • Updating and maintaining client lists for reception
  • Opening and closing of Reception and other facilities such as communal areas
  • Answering all calls and forwarding messages to the relevant companies
  • Post and mail handling

Lounges

  • Management of meeting rooms. Ensuring all meeting rooms are set up and run as scheduled
  • Managing and ordering stock for communal kitchens and meeting rooms

Additional

  • Covering for holidays or sickness of colleagues
  • Assisting and supporting events within the building
  • Occasional admin support for management office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,396.00-£26,520.00 per year
