Responsibilities • Coordinate all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to closing, including managing deadlines, document preparation, and communication with clients, agents, lenders, and escrow officers. • Utilize transaction management software and tools to track progress, ensure compliance, and facilitate smooth closings. • Provide comprehensive executive administrative support by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence with professionalism. • Assist with event planning for client open houses, client tours, and community events to promote engagement and success. • Manage office operations remotely by overseeing filing systems, data entry, bookkeeping using QuickBooks, and maintaining organized digital records. • Handle phone etiquette with clients and vendors while providing exceptional customer service via multi-line phone systems and email communication. • Prepare proofreading, transcription, and documentation tasks using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace to ensure accuracy and clarity in all communications.
