Must be able to reliably commute or be planning to relocate before starting work.</li><li><strong>Travel Requirements:</strong> This position may require frequent travel to various property sites WA, OR, CA or AZ.</li><li><strong>Compensation Package</strong>-<ul><li><strong>$90,000 to $90,000 / year*</strong></li><li>Competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting properties and assets as part of the acquisitions process to ensure they meet quality and maintenance standards. This position requires a strong understanding of building systems, maintenance practices, and regulatory compliance.
