Together, we’re building a more resilient planet – one innovation at a time.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Position Overview</b></p><p>The Program Manager – Sales Excellence is responsible for managing and executing key initiatives that drive commercial effectiveness across North America.</p><p>Reporting to the Director, Sales Excellence, this role ensures strong cross-functional alignment and drives disciplined execution from planning through field adoption. This individual will play a critical role in connecting strategy to execution and ensuring programs deliver measurable business impact.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Manage the implementation of multiple Sales Excellence programs (e.g., segmentation, CRM, forecasting, business planning, incentive programs)</li><li>Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and key milestones</li><li>Coordinate with project teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Analytics teams to ensure alignment</li><li>Track progress, identify risks, and drive resolution to keep initiatives on track</li><li>Lead regular updates and provide clear, concise reporting to leadership</li><li>Ensure consistent execution and accountability across all workstreams</li><li>Support rollout and adoption of new tools, processes, and operating models across the field</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive continuous improvement</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>8 - 10+ years of experience in program or project management</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives at the same time</li><li>Experience working across cross-functional teams</li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to influence others and drive alignment without direct authority</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications - </b>A project manager who has led a complex implementation including systems, process, and behaviors.</p><ul><li>Experience in Sales Excellence, Sales Operations, or Commercial Transformation</li><li>Experience with CRM systems (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc.)</li><li>Exposure to forecasting, revenue management, or incentive programs</li><li>Experience in agriculture or complex B2B environments</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Competencies</b></p><ul><li>Strong execution focus and accountability</li><li>Cross-functional collaboration</li><li>Clear and structured communication</li><li>Attention to detail and organization</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>FMC is an equal opportunity employer.
