Key Responsibilities Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with business leaders to define desired outcomes, translate high‑level goals into actionable features, and maintain a clear line of communication throughout the development lifecycle. User Story Development Convert features into detailed user stories, complete with acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment across product, design, and engineering teams. Backlog Management Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing short‑term sprint goals with long‑term strategic initiatives, and continuously refining priorities based on feedback and market shifts. Customer Voice Integration Work closely with UI/UX researchers to embed real‑world user insights into feature design, championing the customer’s perspective in every decision. Sprint Execution Monitor sprint scope, resolve impediments, and guarantee on‑time delivery of committed work while upholding quality standards. Essential Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of three years proven experience as a Product Owner or equivalent role within an Agile framework. Hands‑on familiarity with modern software development tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in global, cross‑functional teams that include QA, marketing, development, and regulatory stakeholders. Experience translating business concepts into clear, actionable user stories with well‑defined acceptance criteria.
