As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an experienced Freelance Partnerships & PR Manager to drive growth through strategic collaborations and media engagement. Role Overview As our Freelance Partnerships & PR Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing key relationships with B2B and B2B partners, as well as driving PR initiatives to increase brand awareness and platform adoption. This is a one-day-a-week role with full flexibility, making it perfect for a freelance professional who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities PR & Media Relations: Secure media coverage and start outreach to enhance our brand’s visibility. Partnerships & Growth: Develop and execute a strategic partnership plan to grow our user base and market presence. Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with B2B and B2BC partners to drive adoption and revenue. Content & Thought Leadership: Create compelling content, press releases, and thought leadership pieces that position us as a leader in the flexible work industry, and within the women/tech/ai space. Campaign Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns that leverage partnerships and PR opportunities for maximum impact. Performance Tracking: Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnerships and PR initiatives, ensuring continuous growth and optimization. Who you are A seasoned professional with experience in B2B and B2BC partnerships and PR/media relations, preferably with start-ups/tech/etc. Proven track record of securing strategic partnerships and press coverage. Strong network of media contacts and industry partners. A self-starter who thrives in a flexible, autonomous environment. Excellent communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset. Passionate about what we do!
