Our Urgent Care organization is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time to Full-Time Administrative Assistant, with the opportunity to transition to full-time after 3-6 months... In this role, you will provide vital administrative support to the Director of Clinical Services, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics. Hours: This part-time position offers a flexible schedule of 20 hours per week, from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm. Responsibilities: • Schedule Management: Manage schedules for our provider staff, ensuring optimal coverage and patient care. This may include coordinating appointments, time off requests, and shift changes. • Reporting and Data Entry: Assist with generating reports, data entry, and maintaining accurate medical records (electronic health records experience a plus). • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks for the Director of Clinical Services, including calendar management, email management, travel arrangements, and expense reports. • Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, providers, and staff via phone, email, and in-person interactions. • Call Offs: Report and manage call offs according to established procedures. • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Clinical Services. Qualifications: • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in a healthcare setting preferred. • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines. • Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) a plus. • Must have a reliable personal laptop and internet connection for fully remote work. • HIPAA compliance training a plus.
