Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information and support to clients regarding products, services, or inquiries.

  • Update client records and maintain detailed documentation in the company system.
  • Meet performance metrics including call handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.
