Job Summary:

EasyWork Nigeria is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Part Time Data Entry Clerk to support our administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining various data sets across multiple platforms. This is a flexible, part-time remote opportunity, ideal for individuals looking to contribute to a dynamic team while managing their own schedule.

The role requires a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Your contributions will directly support the efficiency and success of our business operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and update data into company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of information before submission.
  • Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to company privacy policies.
  • Assist in generating reports and summaries from collected data.
  • Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data records.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth data management processes.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a certificate in data entry or office administration is a plus.
  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
  • Good command of English (both written and verbal).
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Experience:
