Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Create and Optimize Processes: Identify the most efficient ways to run operations.
  • Collaborate: Work with local operations and HQ teams to streamline processes and suggest improvements.
  • Supply Management: Manage the driver acquisition, conversion, and activation processes autonomously.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor supply performance, quality, and city operations metrics to ensure solid supply coverage and utilization.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategies to increase operational efficiency and solve operational challenges.
  • Partnership Building: Form bonds with local businesses to enhance demand and support supply growth.
About you:
  • You have 4+ years of experience in Operations, Startup, or other relevant organizations, ideally with experience in analytical tasks
  • You are a strong collaborator with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Malay
  • You are highly analytical and have a data-driven mindset with excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills, and you have hands-on operational skills
  • You have a strong motivation to solve problems creatively and efficiently
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • You are customer-oriented and will strive to strengthen your driver value proposition to ensure supply growth
