Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting while promoting independence and dignity.
  • Monitor vital signs, observe changes in health, and report concerns promptly to nursing staff.
  • Support residents with mobility, exercise routines, and physical therapy programs as directed by healthcare professionals.
  • Assist in administering prescribed medication under supervision and ensure adherence to care plans.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, encouraging social interactions and participation in activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided, including observations, incidents, and daily routines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

Working Hours
