Role Overview:
We are looking for a Marketing Cloud Architect to lead client engagements, run workshops, and define technical requirements for customization and integration. Design and configure Marketing Cloud Journeys, ensuring seamless integration with other platforms while delivering scalable solutions.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their marketing automation needs.
Lead discovery sessions and workshops to define requirements.
Design and configure Marketing Cloud Journeys and personalization strategies.
Define technical requirements for customization and integrations with CRM and other platforms.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.
Provide guidance on best practices for data architecture, segmentation, and automation.
 
Marketing Cloud Solution Architect Stack:
Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC): Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio.
Programming & Scripting: AMPscript, SSJS, SQL for data manipulation.
Integrations: REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce CRM, external data sources, middleware tools (Mulesoft, Boomi).
Data Management: Data extensions, Contact Builder, audience segmentation.
Marketing Automation & AI: Einstein AI, decision making, personalization strategies.
 
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
Experience in client-facing roles, running workshops, and gathering requirements.
Deep understanding of APIs, data modeling, and integration patterns.
Ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are a plus
