Manager - SEM

Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled SEM Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with deep, hands‑on experience in managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, and other digital ad platforms.

The SEM Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on paid media campaigns to drive measurable business results. The ideal candidate is analytical and detail‑oriented with a strong focus on performance metrics and insights. The candidate should also be able to drive AI-led marketing innovation, hands-on AI usage in campaign workflows, and stay current with latest AI trends + tools.


Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Execute high-performing campaigns across:
    • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
    • Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
    • LinkedIn Campaign Manager
    • Bing Ads/Microsoft Ads
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation for search and social platforms.
  • Set up campaign structures, budgets, KPIs, and tracking parameters.

2) Optimization & Performance Management

  • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • A/B test creatives, landing pages, bids, and audience segments.
  • Identify trends and insights to improve campaign efficiency and scale.

3) Measurement, Analytics & Reporting

  • Build weekly/monthly performance dashboards and reports.
  • Extract actionable insights and communicate them to the Integrated Performance Marketing Lead.
  • Track performance using:
    • Google Analytics (GA4)
    • Platform-level dashboards
    • UTM parameters and tracking tools
    • Recommend data-driven improvements and experimentation ideas.

4) Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with SEO and organic teams to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Support campaign planning for product marketing and demand generation initiatives.

5) AI-driven campaign optimization & innovation

  • Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance campaign execution, including bidding optimization, audience expansion, automated ad generation, and creative testing.
  • Use AI-enabled insights to refine performance across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads Manager, Meta Ads, and Bing Ads.
  • Stay updated with the latest AI advancements in paid media, including smart bidding, generative ad variants, predictive targeting, and performance forecasting.
  • Experiment with AI tools for keyword expansion, copy testing, A/B testing, landing page ideas, and analytics augmentation.
  • Contribute to building an AI-first culture within the performance marketing team by sharing learnings, experimenting with new AI workflows in project management.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree

Extensive knowledge of running paid campaigns on Search and Social media platforms

Knowledge of AI tools and workflows to automate paid campaign workflows

Should be well versed with reporting and dashboarding of campaign performance
