<div><strong>Job Description</strong><br/><br/>The Manager of Retail Communication is a creative and innovative leader responsible for ensuring store and field leader messages bring the HFT Brand values to life while also inspiring connection to the business priorities and to one another on a daily basis.<br/>This leader will partner with various departments to design and implement communication campaigns across multiple channels, platforms, and mediums, inspiring innovative and progressive ways to nurture the heritage of the Brand while also evolving the daily experience and culture supporting our Best in Retail Associate Experience. This leader has a passion for details, values the art and power of storytelling, and understands that every word matters.<br/>This Manager will design and maintain weekly communication routines, support the content creation for Field Meetings and Webinars, and ensure Brand stories resonate through the Associate Experience on a daily basis.<br/>This position requires a passion for collaboration, strong project management skills, and experience with storytelling. Retail experience and knowledge working with an Intranet and Task Management platform is preferred.<br/><br/><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong><br/><br/>Responsible for ensuring Field Leaders and Store Associates are inspired by and connected to the HFT Brand and core values through the full range of internal communication experiences including daily messaging, monthly and annual meetings, in-store postings, and web-based events.<ul><li>Ensure HFT Brand voice is present in all field communication campaigns, postings, meetings, and messages</li><li>Design and lead weekly communication routines that consistently deliver inspiring, high quality messaging for retail teams and ensure easy execution for partners</li><li>Lead and facilitate project plans for excellence in execution of all field meetings</li><li>Maintain a pulse on creative trends in engagement and communications to fuel Continuous Improvement of the Store Experience and internal communication strategies</li><li>Create communication campaigns that inspire and connect teams using the most effective platform, visual design, and format to convey the target experience</li><li>Build effective cross-functional relationships in a fast-paced organization, while working with partners to create messaging, meetings, and materials that support the business and store teams</li><li>Provide positive and constructive feedback to employees through coaching, mentoring, counseling or corrective guidance or action, as appropriate</li><li>Participate in and contribute to strategic planning sessions with peers and Senior Leadership</li></ul><br/><strong>Scope (Required) </strong><ul><li>Staff supervision and development - Yes</li><li>Decision making - Provide data for decision support, negotiate on behalf of management, participate in planning business objectives</li><li>Travel - 20%</li><li>Location- Remote</li></ul><br/><br/>The anticipated salary range for this position is $110,800 - $166,100 depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 236 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays).
