At Komodo, you will be joining a team of ambitious, supportive Dragons with diverse backgrounds but a shared passion to deliver on our mission to reduce the burden of disease — and enjoy the journey along the way. </span></p></div><p><strong>The Opportunity at Komodo Health: </strong></p> <p>The Project Manager leads small and large project teams through discovery, design, build, and configuration and delivers solutions for our healthcare and life sciences customers.  This role provides leadership and management to project teams to ensure we deliver projects on time, with quality, and on budget.  </p> <p>This role is the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring any risks or issues are mitigated and setting expectations for what is needed from the customer to be successful.  This person will work closely with all internal project roles, including the Solution Architect, Technical Architect, and Business Analyst, to ensure services are being delivered per the project plan and agreed Statement of Work.</p> <p><strong data-start="97" data-end="115">Working Hours:</strong> EST time zone overlap (<strong data-start="139" data-end="164">6:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST</strong>). This is a <strong data-start="177" data-end="198">fully remote role</strong></p> <p><strong>Looking back on your first 12 months at Komodo Health, you will have accomplished…</strong></p> <ul> <li>Leading a high-performing project team and customer through a successful design, build, and implementation by developing and establishing a comprehensive project plan that aligns with all stakeholder objectives</li> <li>Adhering to project budget and timelines by tracking resource allocations, monitored key milestone deliverables, and taken corrective actions as needed</li> <li>Proactively identifying and managing project risks by developing a robust risk management plan to mitigate and address issues promptly</li> <li>Building and leading Continuously improving on each project implementation by conducting regular project reviews, identifying lessons learned and implementing best practices for future projects.</li> </ul> <p><strong>You will accomplish these outcomes through the following responsibilities…</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strategically build relationships with relevant customer sponsors and stakeholders with each project to actively identify and create future opportunities, customer references, and develop a robust industry network of contacts</li> <li>Own overall project management during an engagement; participate in discovery and requirement workshops to define and prioritize requirements, collaborate with project team members to design appropriate solutions, execute projects in a timely manner with clear expectation setting and communication to all stakeholders</li> <li>Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope and effectively apply our methodology or client’s methodology if being used and enforce project standards; create, maintain, and own standard project deliverables (status decks, milestone kickoff decks, project plans, burn reports, RAID logs, build progress trackers etc.) </li> <li>Manage timelines, budget, and scope deliverables as documented in the SOW.
