Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for macOS systems, applications, and peripherals.

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on Apple devices, including MacBooks, iMacs, and Mac Pros.

  • Manage device setup, configuration, and deployment for new employees.

  • Maintain and update macOS operating systems, security patches, and software applications.

  • Assist in network connectivity troubleshooting for Mac devices.

Experience
