Role Overview The Business Operations Analytics team at careerzynith is the analytical backbone of the company, aggregating data from product, marketing, finance, and operations to provide a single source of truth. As the Lead Data Analyst, you will own the end‑to‑end analytics lifecycle—from requirements gathering and metric definition to ETL design, dashboard development, and performance monitoring.
