Provide technical support to customers: The Lead Customer Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to customers who are experiencing issues with Intel's Memory products. This includes troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex technical problems. Ensure customer satisfaction: The primary responsibility of the Lead Customer Support Engineer will be to ensure that customers are satisfied with the support they receive.
