Kizik is currently looking for a performance-driven Facebook Ads Specialist to join our growing e-commerce team. If you are highly experienced in conversion-focused advertising and thrive in a fast-scaling DTC environment, this role offers an exceptional opportunity for professional growth.

Analyze campaign performance daily and optimize budget allocation based on key metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS.

Collaborate closely with the creative team to provide data-driven feedback and improve ad hooks and angles.

Identify scaling opportunities and implement structured, scientific testing strategies.

Maintain clear, data-backed performance reporting on a weekly basis.

Strong understanding of e-commerce conversion funnels, pixel tracking, and customer acquisition strategies.

Deep experience in creative testing methodologies and post-iOS14 performance optimization.

Ability to analyze raw data, draw actionable insights, and make decisions based on performance metrics rather than intuition.

Self-motivated professional with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Prior case studies or verified performance results will be considered a strong advantage.
