About This Role:

Pepper launched in the US in mid-2025, and we’ve seen incredible growth and support from our communities. We’re looking for a Content Creator to join the US team (full- or part-time) as we continue to expand in the American market. This role is remote, but candidates must be based in the US (no relocation assistance). You’ll collaborate closely with our US growth team to film, produce, and publish high-quality short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram that help new users discover Pepper, test creative formats, engage the community, and grow our user base with content that converts.

Responsibilities:
  • Pitch, film, edit, and publish short-form content for our TikTok + Instagram
  • Post 1-2 videos a day consistently across social platforms
  • Turn daily deals on Pepper into scroll-stopping videos that help viewers discover Pepper and convert them into users
  • Develop and test creative variations of top-performing formats (hooks, scripts, pacing, thumbnails)
  • Monitor content performance and iterate weekly based on what’s working (and what isn’t)
  • Manage & respond to comments/DMs across assigned accounts in a timely & helpful manner
  • Assist with creating and curating high-quality visual assets (IG stories, carousels, thumbnails, etc)
  • Stay on top of trends and regularly bring ideas to team meetings
Requirements:
  • Based in the US with native-level English (strong written + verbal communication)
  • 1+ years of proven experience creating social media content (*please include a portfolio)
  • Comfortable on camera and able to execute a wide range of formats (talking head, day-in-the-life, memes, trends, quick caption-led videos)
  • Proficiency in video + photo editing tools (CapCut, Canva, or equivalent)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with the ability to work independently
  • Passionate about shopping/deal-hunting and excited about helping people save money
Bonus:
  • You’ve grown a social media following to 10k+ (or helped grow a brand account in a meaningful way)
  • You have a track record of creating videos that drive clicks/installs/sign-ups, not just views
  • You’ve built repeatable series formats (ex, “day 1 of…”)
  • You can batch shoot and keep a consistent content cadence
  • You’ve worked with UGC-style content before (natural tone, not ad-y)
Here is what the hiring process might look like:
  • Intro Call: Meet one of our Talent Experts and get a quick overview of Atolls, the role, and the basics.
  • Technical Round: Meet your potential manager. We’ll dig into your content experience, how you approach shopping/deals, what you’ve learned from past work, and why you’re interested in Pepper.
  • Work Sample: Because content fit is a key factor for this role, we require candidates to complete a short work sample. Details come via invite after the Technical Round.
  • Final Round: One conversation to review your work sample and walk through your creative process, so we understand how you think, iterate, and make content choices in the context of Pepper.
  • Some processes might slightly change according to role/needs
