Job Purpose/Overview: Jr Campaing Manager - EMEA North Stationary Products will lead a high-performing regional marketing team across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America, supporting a $250M business spanning both hardware and software within Hexagon’s stationary devices portfolio. Reporting to the head of Global Divisional Marketing, this role owns the regional growth engine, integrating demand generation, paid media, PR, content, channel, etc. into a unified model that drives measurable business impact. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for a marketer who can set strategy, execute with precision, and inspire performance. The successful candidate thrives at the intersection of creativity, data, and commercial impact, helping accelerate Hexagon’s transformation into a modern, AI-enabled marketing organization.

Job Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing strategy and execution across the Americas, delivering measurable impact on pipeline creation, conversion, and revenue acceleration.
  • Own all regional demand generation campaigns, collaborating with the Global Head of Demand Generation on evergreen nurture programs and shared global workflows.
  • Advance Hexagon’s goal of 75% autonomous campaigns by 2026, leveraging automation and AI for speed and scale.
  • Drive Account-Based Experience (ABX) programs — with special emphasis on LATAM — to expand engagement across full buying groups.
  • Manage paid media and PPC performance, overseeing agency partners to maximize ROI and lead quality.
  • Oversee regional PR and content strategy, ensuring alignment with divisional priorities and measurable contribution to pipeline influence.
  • Define and track KPIs: pipeline influence, conversion rates, ABX engagement, and ROI, using tools such as 6sense, Drift, Jasper, and People.ai.
  • Lead and mentor a multi-functional team across campaigns, PR, content, partners, and field marketing, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Operations to align go-to-market execution and drive predictable results.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in B2B demand generation or integrated marketing within manufacturing technologies, industrial automation, or related highly technical sectors.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams across multiple geographies and disciplines.
  • Strong command of demand generation, ABX, campaign orchestration, digital performance marketing, and PR/content integration.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid media agencies and executing data-driven programs that deliver measurable impact.
  • Ideally experience in both large enterprises (scale) and entrepreneurial (fast impact).
  • While working with a PPC agency, strong hands-on experience will be preferred.
  • High curiosity for modern marketing technologies and AI tools, including platforms such as 6sense, Drift, Jasper.ai, RevOps platforms, etc. with a drive to continuously improve processes and performance.
  • Analytical thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to connect marketing activity to revenue outcomes.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, effective in a global, matrixed environment.
