This is a Graduate position with applications shortlisted in Spring 2026 for a Summer 2026 start date. You will be following a devoted, product-led and fast paced Trainee Merchandiser Development programme.<br><br><strong>What to expect on a day to day basis:<br><br></strong>You will support the Merchandising team to land the stock strategy, in line with the planning of the Business/Trading teams.<br><br><ul><li> Supporting in analysing previous sales history, reviewing size rations and identifying best & worst sellers. </li><li> Gain a commercial understanding of product ranges and assess stores & competitors. </li><li> Provide administrative support surrounding trading meetings such as best and worst seller identification and sample gathering. </li><li> Provide administrative support for the management of continuity stock </li><li> Start to negotiate handover dates with a Supplier and highlight issues to the Merchandiser. </li><li> Update delivery schedules and systems to reflect the latest delivery position. </li><li> Ensures all department Purchase Orders are created accurately and in line with the Critical Path. </li><li> Prepares trackers for Progress Meetings to ensure problems are dealt with promptly and effectively. </li><li> Update systems with guidance: loads grading, sizing, lead times, product information etc. </li><li> Collate and prepare information for supplier visits and meetings. <br><br></li></ul><strong>About You:<br><br></strong>From a technical and operational perspective, it would also be advantageous if you:<br><br><ul><li> Work experience and/or relevant degree in Fashion Merchandising/Finance/Business etc </li><li> Passionate and knowledgeable about the Fashion Industry </li><li> You’re someone who takes time to fully understand the process – who puts in extra effort to make sure work meets the required standard. </li><li> Adaptive and able to effectively work at pace. </li><li> High level of attention and accuracy with ability to retain information. </li><li> Awareness of and genuine enthusiasm for the Joules brand. </li><li> Analytical and mathematically minded. </li><li> Strong commercial awareness. <br><br></li></ul>What we value most here at Joules is your ability to really align with who we are as a Brand.
