Associate Consultant – International Wealth

This is a London-based role, with at least 50% working from our Leadenhall office, and flexibility to work remotely in line with our smart working policy.

What the day will look like

No two days are the same, but your responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting senior team members in advising multinational clients on the design, governance, financing, and implementation of global retirement (DC and DB) and benefit plans
  • Providing global retirement accounting consolidation and ensuring accurate data entry
  • Collaborating on projects involving mergers & acquisitions, international mobility, and supporting compliance initiatives such as EU pay transparency reviews
  • Acting as a team member on large projects and managing smaller assignments independently, ensuring quality and technical excellence throughout
  • Opportunities to get involved in non-traditional actuarial work such as benefits benchmarking, harmonisation and governance projects

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Educated to degree level (Maths, Finance, Economics, or Business preferred)
  • Started or completed professional qualifications (Actuarial, CFA, PMI, or equivalent) beneficial
  • Experience in accounting valuations, retirement accounting consolidations, or pensions
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills; comfortable working independently and seeking guidance when needed
