About the opportunity

Role Summary
The talabat Talent team is looking to further strengthen its force with a dynamic, fast thinking and creative Talent Acquisition Intern to join our awesome team. The successful individual will play an integral role in scaling our teams as part of talabat’s growth strategy. This is an entry-level contract position specifically designed for a motivated individual looking to build a strong foundation in HR Operations, data management, and logistics. rather than focusing on candidate sourcing or active recruitment, this role serves as the central administrative and coordination engine for the Talent Acquisition department. You will prioritize operational excellence, ensuring a flawless scheduling process and absolute data integrity across our platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interview Logistics & Coordination: Support the team by managing, planning, and coordinating complex interview schedules with multiple stakeholders across diverse functional teams and regional time zones, including talabat Tech Leadership teams.

  • Data Management & Sheets Ownership: Maintain, update, and manage critical recruitment trackers, master spreadsheets, and reports within Google Sheets/Excel. Ensure absolute data accuracy and clean record-keeping.

  • System & ATS Administration: Support the TA team by updating candidate profiles, progression statuses, and administrative details within our Applicant Tracking System

  • Operational Support: Assist with administrative tasks that contribute to building better templates, calendars, and workflows to improve overall departmental efficiency and support ad-hoc TA projects.


What you need to be successful

  • Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong experience in creating, maintaining, and formatting data logs and reports on Google Sheets or Excel (including filters, basic formulas, and organized data entry).

  • Prior baseline experience or exposure managing administrative, scheduling, or logistical workflows.

  • Great attention to detail with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet competing operational deadlines.

  • Humble, curious, and open-minded system thinker who enjoys breaking down operational tasks into manageable slices.
