Job Summary
Progressive Technology is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Human Resources Manager to join our team. This is a remote, work-from-home opportunity that will allow you to directly influence and drive our organizational success. As the Human Resources Manager, you will oversee all HR functions for our growing company, ensuring that the highest level of service is provided to our employees while adhering to the core values of Progressive Technology. Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted partner and advisor to both employees and management, addressing HR issues, conflicts, and performance concerns effectively and confidentially.
Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead the recruitment efforts, working closely with hiring managers to attract top talent, and manage the full-cycle hiring process. Oversee onboarding to ensure a smooth and welcoming transition for new employees.
Performance Management: Support managers in the implementation and execution of performance reviews, development plans, and performance improvement initiatives.
Compliance: Ensure all HR policies, processes, and practices comply with state and federal laws and regulations. Stay up-to-date on changes in HR laws and industry trends.
Employee Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to boost employee morale, engagement, and retention, including recognition programs, surveys, and team-building activities.
