Responsibilities


  • Drive HR transformation initiatives across APAC, identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, and scale people processes globally.
  • Lead strategic projects that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee experience, operational efficiency, and compliance.
  • Assess current HR practices and develop scalable frameworks, governance models, and best practices for enterprise-wide adoption.
  • Support organizational design and workforce transformation efforts to ensure the company is positioned for long-term growth and agility.
  • Utilize workforce data and insights to drive informed decision-making and improve business outcomes.
  • Serve as the APAC HR AI Ambassador, promoting the adoption and responsible use of AI across HR functions.
  • Identify, pilot, and implement AI-enabled solutions that improve productivity, employee experience, learning, and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to drive HR innovation, technology-enabled people solutions, and enterprise transformation initiatives that enhance business performance and employee experience

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in HR, Change Management, Project Management, AI, or Digital Transformation will be added advantage

Experience

  • Minimum 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years leading HR transformation, organizational effectiveness, or strategic people initiatives in a multinational environment.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale regional or global HR transformation programs.
  • Demonstrated success in driving process improvement, operating model redesign, and organizational change initiatives.
  • Experience working across APAC and partnering with global stakeholders in a matrix organization.
  • Strong exposure to HR technology, digital transformation, HRIS platforms, and automation initiatives.
  • Practical experience implementing or driving adoption of AI-enabled solutions within HR functions is highly preferred.
  • Experience in workforce planning, organizational design, talent development, or employee experience initiatives
