Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Hospital Coordinator/Liaison to serve as the vital link between healthcare providers, patients, and administrative teams. This role is essential in ensuring seamless communication, efficient hospital operations, and exceptional patient experience. As a Hospital Coordinator/Liaison, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating medical services, managing relationships with external partners, and supporting hospital initiatives to enhance overall healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between hospital departments, external healthcare providers, and community partners to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges while ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.
  • Schedule and conduct product demonstrations or informational sessions for medical staff regarding new healthcare solutions or equipment.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers through negotiation and account management to optimize hospital resources.
  • Support medical sales efforts by providing detailed analysis of hospital needs and presenting tailored solutions through effective product demos.
  • Lead efforts in organizing hospital events, training sessions, and meetings to promote best practices and compliance with healthcare standards.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, appointments, and follow-up actions using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint for reporting purposes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for process improvements or cost savings within hospital workflows.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies that enhance hospital outreach programs and community engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in negotiation, account management, or B2B sales within a healthcare or medical environment.
  • Strong understanding of medical sales processes, including product demos and technical sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Leadership qualities with experience in outside sales or customer service roles in healthcare settings.
  • Proficiency in analysis skills to interpret data trends and inform decision-making processes.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical or medical device sales is a plus.
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—especially Word and PowerPoint—and comfort with digital tools for documentation and presentations.
