Learn more about our culture at team.lifeway.com/culture-code This is a remote position in the U.S. with occasional travel to Nashville for in-person team gatherings. #LI-Remote Responsibilities  Lives out Lifeway s mission and values, showing deep commitment to Kingdom work  Availability to work 20-25 hours per week, during standard business hours, strongly preferred  Processes, verifies, and records invoices accurately and on time.  Maintains up-to-date records of invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments.  Collaborates with departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and manage outstanding payments.  Assists with filing, scanning, and organizing financial documents.  Inputs data into accounting systems or spreadsheets.  Assists with general administrative duties such as phone support, email management, and scheduling.  Ensures confidentiality and integrity of all financial data.  Provides additional administrative support as needed.  Minimal travel, sometimes overnight Qualifications Education High school diploma or equivalent, required Associate's degree in a related field, preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experiences, required  1+ years of experience in administrative roles, with a focus on invoice processing preferred.  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).  Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management.  Excellent time management and task prioritization skills.  Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.  A proactive approach to self-improvement and professional growth.
