Job Summary

SkyBridge DK, a global leader in aviation services, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Flight Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless execution of daily flight operations, collaborating with various teams to support scheduling, dispatch, and safety procedures. You will act as a critical liaison between pilots, ground operations, maintenance teams, and air traffic control to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and to enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily flight schedules and ensure adherence to regulatory and operational requirements.
  • Monitor aircraft readiness and ensure timely dispatch by liaising with maintenance and ground support teams.
  • Communicate with pilots, air traffic controllers, and airport authorities to address any operational challenges or delays.
  • Track flight movements, weather conditions, and airspace restrictions to optimize routes and ensure safety.
  • Prepare and distribute flight plans, load sheets, and other necessary documentation.
  • Assist with compliance audits, incident reports, and safety protocols to ensure alignment with aviation standards.
  • Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to manage fuel requirements, catering, and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of flight activities, schedules, and incident reports.
  • Support crisis management by responding quickly to unforeseen operational disruptions.
  • Train and assist junior staff to ensure consistency in procedures and safety protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in flight operations, dispatch coordination, or airline logistics.
  • Strong understanding of aviation regulations, including EASA, ICAO, or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment.
  • Proficient in flight planning software, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams across departments.

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in flight operations coordination, dispatch, or related aviation roles.
  • Experience working in commercial aviation, cargo, or private jet operations is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to international flight regulations and cross-border operational requirements.

Working Hours

  • Full-time, 40–45 hours per week.
  • Shift-based schedule, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by flight operations.
  • Flexibility to respond to emergency situations and unforeseen flight delays.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • In-depth knowledge of flight planning procedures, airspace navigation, and operational safety.
  • Ability to interpret meteorological reports and air traffic updates.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle scheduling and logistical coordination.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risks and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset.
