Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to passengers before, during, and after the flight.
  • Conduct safety briefings and ensure compliance with safety procedures, including emergency equipment usage.
  • Perform pre-flight safety checks and ensure the cabin is clean, comfortable, and well-stocked.
  • Assist passengers with seating, luggage storage, and special requirements.
  • Handle in-flight sales and service requests promptly and professionally.
  • Manage and respond to passenger concerns, complaints, and emergencies with calmness and empathy.
  • Collaborate closely with the flight crew and ground staff to ensure seamless operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality, tourism, or customer service is a plus.
  • Certification or training in flight safety is preferred.
