This individual will serve as a resource and coach to Inventory Control associates, Finance leaders, Area Staff, and local management teams on conversion.<br><br>The individual in this position requires the ability to embrace and drive change throughout all phases of the Integration lifecycle. The individual will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, the ability to collaborate cross functionally, effective project management and excellent communication skills.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b><u>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES </u></b> </p><ul><li><p><b>Project Management</b>: Executes the strategy and project plan required to achieve the conversion of existing Finance organization into USF systems and processes. Provide regular updates on activities and key deliverables; identify issues, trends, roadblocks, resource constraints, and resolve or escalate as needed. Drives achievement of key results for M&A Integration sites.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p><b>Support Inventory Control and Finance Leadership: </b>Demonstrates a strong foundation in Finance processes, routines, tools and systems to effectively support and advise the organization. Serves as a resource and coach for Area Leaders and local managers and associates. Cultivates strong relationships and ensures alignment and support with Integration strategies and activities. Effectively brings leaders along on the change. Remains up to date with changes in US Foods procedures.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p><b>Cross Functional Partnerships: C</b>ollaborates with other key functions and stakeholders to execute project plan activities and ensure regulatory compliance including Treasury, Tax, Payroll, Controller’s Group, Shared Business Services, Network Planning, Real Estate, Operations, HR and other teams or stakeholders.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p><b>Training</b>: Implements a comprehensive training program focused on allowing teams to return to a "business as usual" environment as quickly as possible after integration. Executes the training program including scheduling and conducting training sessions and tracking training completion to ensure compliance. Educates associates on USF Processes, Sox, routines and best practices.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p><b>Conversation and Reporting: </b>Assist with various activities at time of acquisition including physical inventory, opening balance sheet/Net Working Capital, close process as well as supporting the transition for Payroll, Treasury and Tax in line with business standards and compliance. Work with acquisition staff on completion of account reconciliations and facilitate communication to USF Controller’s Group.  Manage implementation of acquisition Sox controls and US Foods accounting policies.  Establish tracking and obtain documentation for customer rebates.  Partner with S.
