Job Summary As a Finance Rotational Partner, you will be part of a two-year program that will give you the opportunity to rotate through four different finance or accounting functions within US Retail Finance, Corporate Finance, Treasury, Accounting, and more. You will work with various internal client groups, such as retail operations, consumer products, and global businesses, to develop analysis and drive solutions for growth. Upon successful completion of the Rotational Improvement Program, you will be positioned in a specific role to continue advancing your career and become a future finance leader. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with internal client groups to develop analysis and drive solutions for growth Prepare financial statements, assist with month-end and quarter-end close processes, and develop forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis for four distinct finance or accounting functions Share your development plans and receive regular guidance from senior finance management Build relationships across the finance organization Contribute to the development of financial models, forecasts, and analyses to support business decisions Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive business growth and improvement Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications Active enrollment in a certified undergraduate or Master's in Accounting program Preference for Finance, Accounting, or Economics majors Preferred Qualifications Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills Financial acumen and ability to organize data into information Strong work ethic and cross-functional team player Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize multiple needs and meet deadlines Effective communication skills, both oral and written What We Offer Compensation and Benefits As a part-time Finance Rotational Partner, you will be compensated with a competitive hourly rate of $26/hour.
