The London EDITION is looking for its next Executive Assistant!

We are looking for a sophisticated and proactive Executive Assistant to join the team at The London EDITION.

This pivotal role requires a highly proactive approach, anticipating the needs of the General Manager and Hotel Manager, and taking initiative in all tasks. 

In this role you will:

  • Act as a representative of the General Manager and Hotel Manager, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Manage the General Manager's email inbox and diary.
  • Liaise with relevant hotel departments to ensure VIP guests experience a seamless stay.
  • Perform administrative tasks to support the General Manager and Hotel Manager, including the preparation of correspondence, reports and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion.
  • Provide support to heads of departments when needed.

Our most successful Executive Assistant is someone who:

  • Has previous experience in an executive assistant role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Maintain excellent and sophisticated communication skills to interact effectively with guests, staff, and senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, managing schedules, meetings, and documentation with precision.
  • Has the ability to multi-task.
  • Demonstrates a highly proactive attitude.
  • Shows flexibility in adapting to the dynamic environment of the hotel, ready to assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Exhibits a hospitable personality, ensuring an approachable and welcoming demeanour at all times.
  • Possesses strong problem-solving abilities, addressing issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Exercises discretion and maintain confidentiality in all matters.
