Executive Assistant, CS Finance, Amazon Customer Service Finance

DESCRIPTION

The Amazon Customer Service (ACS) Finance organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a high-impact, fast-moving finance organization. We need someone who is bright and motivated, with a proven history of high performance.

This fast-paced, challenging role requires an individual with flexibility, good judgment, an eye for accuracy, consistent character, and the ability to get things done under tight timelines. We are looking for someone who learns quickly, is self-driven and adapts to changing circumstances with grace. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior leaders is critical, as is a good sense of humor. You will be an effective communicator, both verbally and with written correspondence.

ACS Finance supports one of Amazon's most complex and customer-facing businesses — a global Customer Service operation spanning dozens of countries and serving customers across multiple languages, channels, and time zones. Our finance team partners directly with CS leadership to drive cost efficiency, improve customer experience, and lead an ambitious AI-first transformation of how we work. We are simultaneously managing large-scale organizational change and raising the bar on financial mechanisms — making this a uniquely dynamic environment where no two weeks look alike.

This role requires five (5) days a week in office.
