You will assist licensed care staff with a variety of clinical and technical tasks, which include:</p><ul><li>Helping residents with activities of daily living</li><li>Performing light housekeeping duties</li><li>Providing dining and tray services</li><li>Escorting residents as needed</li><li>Taking vital signs and weights</li><li>Participating in quality assessment and performance improvement activities</li><li>Notifying staff of any changes in residents' conditions</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Current state certification as a CNA is required, along with relevant experience.</li><li>Prior experience with geriatric clients is preferred.</li><li>A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.</li><li>Current CPR/AED certifications are necessary.</li><li>Current First Aid certification required, or willingness to obtain one.</li><li>Food handler's certification and Certified Medication Aide certification may be required.</li><li>Basic computer skills or ability to learn new software.</li></ul><p>The application window will remain open for 30 days from the posting date.
