This is your chance to join us in a role that is not only pivotal to this ambitious project but also instrumental in advancing sustainability and compliance standards.</p><p>We are currently seeking an Environment and Sustainability Reporting Manager to join our ESG team. This role is designed for a professional ready to make an impact through:</p> <ul> <li>Implementing ESG Compliance Strategies: You\'ll support the development and direction of ESG within the project, ensuring alignment with strategic and technical goals. Your work will help meet legal, company, and regulatory standards.</li> <li>Driving Continuous Improvement: Conduct internal audits and use data-driven insights to guide sustainability decisions, promoting best practices and collaboration across the programme.</li> <li>Promoting ESG Engagement: Contribute to recognition and incentive schemes to boost ESG participation, lead initiatives, and support the development of an ESG culture within CWA.</li> <li>Building Relationships: Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders and collaborate with the ESG Leadership Team to deliver training and competence plans.</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>Proven experience in the Civils/Utilities industry within an ESG or Environmental/Sustainability compliance role.</li> <li>Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, and the ability to positively influence ESG initiatives.</li> <li>Experience in implementing ISO 14001 and a solid understanding of the construction sector.</li> <li>A dedication to key competencies such as humility, positivity, respect, solidarity, and clarity.</li> </ul> <h2>Why SZC?</h2> <p>This is your chance to contribute to one of the UK\'s most ambitious infrastructure projects, shaping the future of energy while working in a supportive, dynamic environment.
