About The Role: Entry Level Recruitment Consultant 

  • You will be head-hunting top-tier talent for your clients 
  • Attend in-person meetings to form relationships with your clients, and understand their hiring needs 
  • Outreaching new companies, and negotiating terms of business 
  • Researching and mapping the market, identifying good candidates 
  • Reaching out and connecting with prospective candidates 
  • Selling the role that you are working on, and persuading talent to work with you 
  • Scheduling and providing interview prep 
  • Negotiating salaries and closing deals!! 

The Ideal Candidate: Entry Level Recruitment Consultant 

  • Degree from a top university
  • Ability to form relationships with clients and candidates 
  • Collaborative and mature worker 
  • Commercial experience is ideal
