Duties

  • Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat.
  • Assist in managing customer accounts using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients by guiding them through platform features and answering initial questions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and provide insights for relationship management strategies.
  • Analyze customer feedback and engagement data to support data-driven decision making aimed at improving service quality.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, issues resolved, and follow-up actions to ensure seamless account management.
