Entrepreneurial Business Development Opportunity (Remote | Flexible Schedule)

Build Your Own Business Helping Employers Improve Healthcare Benefits

Independent Business Opportunity | Remote | Flexible Schedule | 1099

This is NOT a traditional job.

If you're looking for a guaranteed salary, someone to tell you what to do each day, or a traditional W-2 position with benefits, this opportunity is probably not the right fit.

If you're looking for the opportunity to build something of your own, with the freedom to choose your schedule, build your own client relationships, and create recurring income based on your effort, we'd love to talk with you.

This is an opportunity to become an independent business owner representing an innovative employer healthcare solution.

You are building your business, not someone else's.

What You'll Do

Your role is simple.

Introduce business owners to a healthcare solution that can reduce employer costs while improving employee benefits.

Your responsibility is to:

  • Prospect business owners in your local market and beyond
  • Build relationships through networking, referrals, phone, email, and community involvement
  • Educate employers just enough to generate interest
  • Schedule qualified appointments with our healthcare specialists
  • Continue building your own recurring book of business

Our specialists handle:

  • Product presentations
  • Enrollment meetings
  • Paperwork
  • Implementation
  • Ongoing client support

Your focus remains on developing relationships and creating opportunities.

Why Many People Choose This Opportunity

As an independent business owner, you'll have the flexibility to:

  • Set your own schedule
  • Work from anywhere in the United States
  • Decide how much you want to work
  • Build your own client relationships
  • Grow recurring income over time
  • Expand beyond your local market with no geographic territory restrictions

This opportunity rewards initiative, consistency, and relationship-building.

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity.

Your compensation is based on the number of employees enrolled within your book of business.

Representatives earn $20 per enrolled employee per month.

Examples:

  • 250 employees = $5,000 per month
  • 500 employees = $10,000 per month
  • 1,000 employees = $20,000 per month

Because compensation is recurring, your monthly income can continue to grow as your client base grows.

Please note that compensation typically begins approximately 60 to 90 days after an employer completes enrollment and implementation.

Who Will Thrive Here

This opportunity is best suited for people who enjoy creating opportunities rather than waiting for them.

Successful candidates often come from backgrounds such as:

  • Business Development
  • Sales Development
  • Recruiting
  • Business Ownership
  • Merchant Services
  • Payroll or HR Services
  • Account Management
  • Outside Sales
  • Military Leadership

Most importantly, they enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and taking ownership of their success.

Ask yourself these questions:

  • Do I enjoy meeting new people?
  • Am I comfortable prospecting business owners?
  • Would I rather build a business than work a traditional job?
  • Do I like having the freedom to determine my own schedule and income?
  • Am I willing to invest time today to build recurring income tomorrow?

If you answered "yes" to those questions, we'd welcome the opportunity to learn more about you.
