Role Overview The Enrollment Marketing Consultant (EMC) serves as a strategic partner to institutions engaged with Encoura through the Enrollment Marketing Solutions team. Working in collaboration with the Director of Enrollment Marketing Strategy, the EMC supports the development, execution, and optimization of data-informed enrollment marketing strategies designed to help institutions achieve their enrollment goals. This role contributes to the full campaign lifecycle, including student search strategy, communication planning, campaign coordination, reporting, and performance optimization. The EMC partners closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on time, aligned with institutional objectives, and to build strong, consultative relationships with partner institutions. Certain roles may also be eligible for variable compensation in addition to base salary.
