For their EMEA base in the Venlo / Venray region we are now searching for a legendary IT Support / Helpdesk specialist.

What will you do?

Remote support of new site in Amsterdam

Willing to travel there when needed / required

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the installation of Personal Computers, Printers, User

authorization and network connections

2. Tasks:

Install Personal Computers

Install software on PCs

Install printers and other peripherals

Support users on hardware and software related questions & incidents

Track & manage user incidents

First phone line & network support

Administer users and user rights

Install and monitor OS/AV updates & patches

Ad hoc assigned miscellaneous tasks

Participating in Corporate IT projects related to local sites

3. Authority:

Require full and timely completion of the tasks of colleagues, which

precedes their own tasks and are essential for the performance of their

duties, and at all levels and departments.

Block any PC or laptop from the network, in case of security / virus

infection risks

4. Responsibilities:

Making sure that all incoming tickets / tasks from user are solved with

effort and based on priority and will not impact the business

Technical Skills - Essential

1. Bachelors degree in MIS, CS, or Engineering, or equivalent experience

required (mbo)

2. Standard knowledge of general information technology

3. High level of Knowledge of all MS Office applications

4. Windows OS and Windows server OS - administrator level knowledge

5. Standard Networking knowledge

6. Active Directory knowledge
