Read on!!<br><br>We are seeking a data-driven and creative Email Marketing Manager to design and execute our email marketing strategy across the entire customer lifecycle. This is not a "batch and blast" role-you will be the driving force behind lead nurturing programs, demand generation campaigns, and customer communications, playing a pivotal role in converting prospects into loyal customers and driving revenue.<br><br>If you love mapping customer journeys, thrive on segmentation, live for A/B testing, and can turn data into actionable insights that move the needle, this role is for you.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br><ul><ul><li>Strategy & Journey Mapping: Develop and execute a comprehensive email marketing strategy aligned with business goals. Map customer journeys and identify key touchpoints for automated and targeted communication.</li><li>Lead Nurturing: Design, build, and optimize multi-touch nurture streams for different audience segments (industry, persona, funnel stage) to guide leads from awareness to sales-readiness.</li><li>Demand Generation: Manage and deploy campaigns to support top-of-funnel activities, including webinars, content downloads, and event promotions.</li><li>Full-Funnel Management:</li><li>- TOFU: Promote content to attract and capture new leads.</li><li>- MOFU: Nurture MQLs with case studies, product info, and demo offers.</li><li>- BOFU: Create targeted campaigns to drive conversions and sales conversations.</li><li>Customer Marketing: Develop programs for onboarding, feature adoption, upsell/cross-sell, and retention.</li><li>Segmentation & Personalization: Maintain database health, develop segmentation strategies, and leverage personalization for engagement.</li><li>A/B Testing & Optimization: Continuously test subject lines, copy, CTAs, send times, and design to improve performance.</li><li>Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversions, pipeline influence) and use insights to iterate strategy.</li><li>Operations & Compliance: Manage marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign) and ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.</li><li>Collaboration: Partner with content, product marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging.</li></ul></ul><br><br><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br><ul><ul><li>3-5+ years in email marketing or automation, ideally in B2B/SaaS.</li><li>Proficient in major platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign); specify your expertise.</li><li>Strong understanding of full marketing and sales funnels.</li><li>Skilled in data analysis and trend identification; Google Analytics experience preferred.</li><li>Excellent copywriting and editing focused on conversions.</li><li>HTML/CSS knowledge for email customization highly valued.</li><li>Organized project manager, able to handle multiple tasks independently.</li><li>CRM experience (Salesforce).</li><li>Certified in HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.</li><li>Industry background in Payments, SaaS, or FinTech.</li></ul></ul><br><br>$100,000 - $115,000 a year<br><br>#LI-Remote<br><br>We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
