Electrical Apprentice

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Electrical Apprentices for residential and commercial new construction projects. This is not just another job—it’s a career path in the electrical trade. If you have a strong desire to learn, grow, and work alongside top-tier, highly skilled electricians, this role is for you.

You will receive hands-on, on-the-job training from experienced electricians who are committed to teaching you the right way—safely, efficiently, and professionally. In exchange, we expect drive, reliability, and a commitment to showing up ready to work.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in the installation, bending, and running of conduit (EMT, PVC, rigid)

· Pull wire and cable through conduit and raceways

· Learn to install outlets, switches, panels, junction boxes, lighting fixtures, and transformers

· Support commercial and residential new construction builds from rough-in to trim-out

· Keep job sites organized, clean, and safe

· Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines

· Learn to read blueprints and electrical schematics under guidance

What We’re Looking For

· Over 18 years of age

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites

· High desire to learn and take direction

· Motivated, punctual, and physically able to work on active construction sites (lifting, standing, ladder work, etc.)

· No experience necessary—but work ethic is non-negotiable
